It was built 60 years ago and has now been completely renovated, preserving its façade and roofs.

The guest will have access to most of the house's facilities during their stay, but they must follow some rules: Don't throw trash on social media Don't leave the gates open Parties are not allowed in the house during your stay Respect quiet hours Unidentified people are not allowed to enter the residence Smoking is not permitted inside the house, only in open areas (if this occurs, the host will charge a fee for cleaning the curtains, sofa and beds) Checkout rules: Turn off all the lights before leaving Check your belongings so you don't forget them Check the gates Leave the keys at the location agreed with the hostess*** Due to the house not being located within a condominium, there are security cameras scattered throughout the house's passageways (the use of cameras is not permitted inside the house)
